The long awaited trailer of Zack Snyder’s Justice League, also called the Snyder Cut, is now out. Filmmaker Zack Snyder announced at the end of last month that Justice League is set to hit the screens on HBO Max on March 18, 2021.
Sharing the trailer on late Sunday (February 14), Zack Snyder’s Justice League’s official Twitter account wrote, “They said the age of heroes would never come again. Zack Snyder’s Justice League arrives on @HBOMax on March 18th.”
As planned, the trailer of Zack Snyder’s Justice League brings many things to fans. The trailer seems quite intriguing. It starts with the darker stare of the film with the narration from Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor, who will not only appear in the movie, but also warns of the upcoming threats. A new look of Superman and Cyborg is revealed with Steppenwolf, DeSaad and Darkseid. The trailer ends with the highly anticipated return of the Joker played by Jared Leto.
In Zack Snyder’s Justice League, determined to make sure that the ultimate sacrifice of Superman (played by Henry Cavill) is not wasted, Bruce Wayne (played by Ben Affleck) lines up the forces with Diana Prince (played by Gal Gadot) with plans to recruit a team of metahumans to protect the planet from a looming threat of catastrophic proportions.
Facts prove that tasks are more difficult than Bruce imagined, because each recruit must face the demons of his own past to transcend what has retained them, allowing them to gather, eventually forming an unprecedented league of heroes.
Now together, Batman (played by Ben Affleck), Wonder Woman (played by Gal Gadot), Aquaman (played by Jason Momoa), Cyborg (played by Ray Fisher) and The Flash (played by Ezra Miller) may be too late to save the world from Steppenwolf (played by Ciarán Hinds), Darkseid (played by Ray Porter), DeSaad (played by Peter Guinness) and their terrible intentions.
The film is clearly full of surprises for DC fans. It was decided last year that the movie will be premiered on HBO Max in 2021, after a long campaign by the director’s fans urging Warner Bros. to allow the filmmaker to release his cut.
While the movie is set to release in the United States on March 18, 2021, it is unclear whether it will be made available to audiences outside the country as HBO Max is unavailable anywhere else at the moment. It is said that Zack Snyder’s Justice League lasts four hours.
